A rare return to home turf for Cambridge's finest; this was the second of a two-night stand at the Portland Arms. It's a rock-orientated set, with none of the additional instrumentation that I've seen them with from time to time (accordion, banjo etc.) and includes early outings for plenty of tracks that will presumably appear on the forthcoming Balls album (with The Booze And The Drugs probably the best of the bunch).

The hometown crowd bring out the best in the band, who are in a relaxed mood and pull out plenty of unusual songs from the back catalogue.
