Ciarafest Benefit concert for Premrose, a charity set up to raise funds for the care of prematurely-born babies. Timothy Victor is joined throughout his set by Folk Orchestra cohort and sometime Broken Family Band accordionist Gill Sandell; he also plays as a backing musician during Steven and Chris' sets.

The show took place at the end of a week that saw the release of Steven Adams' first solo album (under the Singing Adams moniker) and roughly half of his set is taken from that release. Quite a few songs in the first two sets are unknown to me, and suggestions as to correct titles are welcome.

Chris T-T's set was the revelation for me from the evening; brash, acoustic protest songs delivered with a distinct lack of pomposity (the self-mocking Preaching To The Converted being indicative of the tone).

The four musicians are clearly enjoying sharing the stage and the performance is a lot of fun. Ragged as hell, but highly enjoyable.

"I thought I'd try and be extra-slick tonight, 'cos everyone else fucked around so much and took away my novelty of being the bloke that fucks around" (Chris T-T, before The Huntsman Comes A-Marchin')
