All circulating versions of this historic concert vary in sound quality from track to track. This "best of sources" compilation was put together for Dutch radio (as evidenced by the DJ's intro), and is listenable throughout.

As for the performance, it's Dylan in Nashville Skyline mode, so the vocal delivery is quite unusual, for want of a better word. The laid-back country sound of that album is applied throughout, even, bizarrely, to Like A Rolling Stone.

Not my favourite concert by any stretch, but an interesting listen, and of historic significance.
