Recorded live at McCabe's Guitar Shop in Santa Monica, California on May 24, 1987.

A soundboard recording of a star-studded evening with the main sets by Steve Wynn, Natalie Merchant, R.E.M., Steve Wynn (again) and Natalie Merchant (again). It's an enjoyable show - although I'm not the greatest fan of Steve Wynn's material, the R.E.M. acoustic segments are great.

This doesn't represent the entire show, which can be reconstructed from several commercial boots although is not completely contained in any. This is probably an abridged version of the TMOQ boot for which artwork is made available here, with one of Steve Wynn's tracks omitted in order to fit the set to a 74min CDR.
