A great performance from one of my favourite band lineups, including Clive Gregson, Christine Collister and John Kirkpatrick. The highlight is probably a rendition of The Angels Took My Racehorse Away.

Sound quality is fairly middling - a muffled audience recording, along the lines of the '87 Bristol show (possibly the same taper?)

Note: Although John Kirkpatrick played U.S. dates in 1988, I've heard from somebody who was at this gig suggesting that Keith Hancock played accordion here. The rest of the band consisted of Clive Gregson and Christine Collister, Pat Donaldson on bass and Dave Mattacks on drums.
