Well, this one kicks into gear very quickly. It's a delightful soundboard recording (I don't know why the '94 tour in particular produced so many of these, but there's some expression about gift horses and mouths that seems appropriate), and a wonderfully raw version of the Everly Brothers classic So Sad... would be enough on its own to justify the inclusion of the soundcheck. The levels/balance of the tape aren't perfect for this disc, but to stress such a niggle against an otherwise excellent disc would be churlish... The unknown track (and indeed the two "instrumentals") are really just Richard singing fragments of a song with some instrumental noodling.

As was the standard during the '94 shows, Richard and Danny take the stage before the rest of the band and play the first four tracks acoustically (including a slightly fumbled Waltzing's For Dreamers).
